Ann Rhoades
Ms. Rhoades is a dynamic and visionary Human Resources Executive with over 25 years experience in a variety of service-based industries. She held the position of Chief People Officer at Southwest Airlines (NYSE: LUV), Promus Hotel Corporation and most recently, JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq: JBLU). She currently serves on the Board of Jet Blue Airways and P.F. Chang's China Bistro (Nasdaq: PFCQ) and is President of People Ink, her Human Resources consulting company. Ann holds an MBA in Management from the University of New Mexico.
Rusty Rueff
Mr. Rueff was the CEO of SNOCAP from 2005 through the successful sale of the company to imeem, Inc. in April 2008. Prior to SNOCAP, he was EVP of Human Resources for Electronic Arts (EA) and VP, International Human Resources at PepsiCo as well as various other HR positions. Prior to his tenure with PepsiCo, he was with the Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies. He holds an M.S. degree in Counseling, and a B.A. degree, in Radio and Television from Purdue University. Mr. Rueff currently serves on the corporate board of Glassdoor.com. He is an Executive Trustee of the San Francisco based American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.), sits on the board of The Grammy Foundation and is the majority owner of R-Squared Stables, based at Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY. He is co-author of Talent Force: A New Manifesto for the Human Side of Business.
Hank Stringer
Mr. Stringer has over two decades of experience as a successful high-tech industry recruiter, entrepreneur, and innovator in the use of information technology in the recruitment and employment process. He is currently CEO of Stringer Executive Search Services. Previously he was Founder and CEO of ItzBig, and Founder and President of Hire.com, an early ASP business model that developed the Applicant Tracking industry. Prior to founding Hire.com, Stringer was co-founder of Pedley-Stringer, Inc., a high-tech recruitment firm. Mr. Stringer is co-author of Talent Force: A New Manifesto for the Human Side of Business. He holds a B.A. in Journalism and Government Studies from Texas State University and currently serves as President of the Advisory Board for the McCoy School of Business at his alma mater.
Dr. Van Latham
Dr. Latham is the founder of PathPoint Consulting, a successful entrepreneur, professor and industrial and organizational psychologist. He works in all areas of human capital, with a particular emphasis on organization and leadership development. Prior to founding PathPoint Consulting, Dr. Latham spent 12 years in human resources leadership positions with Iron Mountain and PepsiCo. He most recently held the position of VP and CHRO for Iron Mountain, Inc. Dr. Latham is teaching a course in Organizational Behavior at Harvard University in the Fall of 2009. He was also an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at Creighton University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and The Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.
Andrew Slentz
Mr. Slentz is currently the VP of People and Organization Support for the Americas for Rio Tinto based in Montreal, Quebec. He has responsibility for the regional consolidation and integration activities, is a member of the Global HR Council to transform to best practice models, and is President of Rio Tinto Canada Management Inc. Mr. Slentz has over 20 years of HR experience with global companies such as BHP Billiton, Mobil and Exxon. He holds a BA in Government from Hamilton College and a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Daniel Hanyzewski
Mr. Hanyzewski is a Principal with the newly formed Westshore Partners, LLC a catalyst in the contingent workforce outsourcing (CWO), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and HR outsourcing (HRO) environments. He was most recently the Staffing Director for Nike with responsibility for all contingent workforce management, digital programs and the operational center of excellence and had global responsibility for the multi-service line managed service provider (MSP) and vendor management systems (VMS) program direction. Prior to Nike, Mr. Hanyzewski was with Lucent INS and has over 30 years of experience in corporate staffing. He holds a BFA degree in Sculpture from Illinois Wesleyan University.
Kimo Esplin
J. Kimo Esplin is EVP and CFO of Huntsman Chemical. Mr. Esplin has also served as Huntsman’s Treasurer. Prior to joining Huntsman in 1994, Mr. Esplin was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Esplin also serves as a director of Nutraceutical International Corporation, a publicly traded nutrition supplements company. He holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Northwestern.
Clarke Miyasaki
Clarke Miyasaki is VP of Business Development at Skullcandy where he oversees strategic partnerships and collaborations. Mr. Miyasaki previously worked in venture capital and start-up environments, most recently serving as the VP of Business Development at Logoworks, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in May 2007 and as an Associate at vSpring Capital. He holds a degree from Brigham Young University.
