More HireVue Please!

HireVue was the topic of discussion for the second day in a row on the Big Biz Show. Our friend, Joe Gonzalez from BCA Search appeared with Rusty and Sully yesterday and ended up spending several minutes discussing Mark Newman’s interview from the previous day. Maybe it was the lab coat (see the video below) or more likely, Joe just knows what he’s talking about – He’s 100% correct that HireVue is “really a good assessment tool,” and more than just a system for connecting two people over the Internet via webcams.
