The Solution: Develop a Talent Pool for Managers to Draw From
Without an existing U.S. management team to vet candidates, The RightThing turned to HireVue for a creative solution to both quickly hire managers and, at the same time, build up a talent pool of salespeople that could be reviewed and hired by those managers as soon as they were on board.
The HireVue Virtual Interview Solution allowed candidates to answer pre-configured interview questions over the Internet.
