Setting Up Your HireVue Video Interview:

• Relax! HireVue lets you put your best face forward and impress evaluators. You are no longer just a resume!
• Make sure you have good lighting where you are taking your interview. Natural light is best.
• Be aware of your background, if the background is too "busy" it may distract the evaluators from you.
• Speak clearly and do not whisper.
• Make sure your hardware is working during the tutorial, if there are problems contact us!

Preparation For The Interview:

• Learn about the organization.
• Review your qualifications for the job.
• Prepare answers to broad questions about yourself.
• Review your resume.
• Practice an interview with a friend or relative.

Personal Appearance:

• Be well groomed. Your hair and nails should be clean and trimmed.
• Dress appropriately. Be conservative and err on the side of caution.
• Do not chew gum or smoke.
