So, without further adieu, here are our top five favorite applications: 1. Google Google is making it easier and easier to connect. From Google Drive to Google Now, Google allows you to share documents, save projects and video chat anytime using their free applications. 2. HootSuite Social media is making huge waves in the B2B world. Having a social presence is definitely a necessity. HipChat HipChat is an awesome platform used for internal IM, as well as, video chat and international phone calls. HipChat also syncs to your email and will alert you when you have received an IM. Services include face-to-face collaboration, screen share for meetings and projects, dial in conferencing, in-meeting chats and calendar invites. WebEx is powered by Cisco for security and reliability. 5. Expensify Does your organization have a large sales team? If& so you will want to look into Expensify.
