Glassdoor recently announced their seventh annual Employees' Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work across the U.S. and the UK. The winners were determined by survey responses from the people who know them best-their employees.

Here are the top most coveted companies to work for in 2015:

1. Google

92% of respondents said they would recommend working at Google to a friend and97% said they approveof the CEO. Google is also known for their awesomeemployee perks including-free on-site food three times a day, top notch holiday parties and company ski trips.

2. Bain & Company

96% of respondentswould recommend working for Bain & Company to a friend and99% said they approve of the CEO. Bain & Company’s company culture and high standards in hiring makeit a great place to work.

3. Nestle Purina PetCare

Surprised? With pet friendly offices and flexible schedules, employees at Nestle Purina PetCare feel cared for and important. 95% of respondents would recommend Nestle Purina PetCare to a friend and 97% approve of the CEO.

4. F5 Networks

Employees enjoy the great work-life balance with adequate opportunitesfor career development. 94% of respondents said they would refer a friend to work for F5 Networks and 99% approve of the CEO.

5. Boston Consulting Group

90% of respondents said they would refer a friend to work for BCGand 97% approve of the CEO. Employees report that the office culture makes working very enjoyable, the cases are varied and interesting and the training is excellent.
