Sales Tools are there for you to use them. They have practicality attached to them. For example, Salesforce is a great CRM - only if you use it. Sales Training is awesome and can help you grow revenue and close more deals - only if you use it. On and on.
The worst is when there is that one sales tool that can help you land the deal - but, you didn't have the discipline or foresight to use it. Don't be that guy.
