Kevin Parker
CEO and Chairman of the Board

Kevin Parker is the CEO and Chairman of the Board at HireVue. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and Senior Operating Principal of Bridge Growth Partners. He also serves as Chairman of Salient CRGT, a Bridge Growth Partners portfolio company. He is a recognized corporate leader in the technology industry, particularly in the information solutions and software sectors.

Parker most recently served as CEO of Deltek, a leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions. He was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" at the 2012 Ernst and Young Awards for the software services division. Before joining Deltek, Parker was CFO and later Co-President of PeopleSoft, a leading provider of management software technology, in the years prior to its acquisition by Oracle. He previously held senior management positions at Aspect Communication, Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Standard Microsystems and Toshiba America. Earlier in his career, he was with the accounting firm Price Waterhouse. Parker is a Director and Chairman of the Board of Aptos, Inc., a current board member of Intermedia.net, Inc. and Plex Systems, and a former board member of Camber Corporation. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Clarkson University, where he received his B.S. degree in accounting.

Mark Newman
Founder and Chief Customer Officer

As the founder of HireVue, Mark's passion centers on the belief that people are more than just a resume or profile; everyone has a unique story to tell, and HireVue provides the opportunity for people to share their experiences and demonstrate their talents.

Through digital, video and mobile technologies, Mark first introduced the world to On Demand Interviews™, improving the way companies build and coach their teams, and helping candidates tell their stories - anywhere, anytime. Today, HireVue's Team Acceleration Technology is at work in more than 180 countries for more than 500 organizations, from emerging growth companies to 26 of the Fortune 100. Mark earned a bachelor's degree in International Business from Westminster College and a master's degree in Finance from the University of Utah.

Matthew Miller
Matthew Miller
Partner, Sequoia Capital

Matthew Miller is a partner at Sequoia focused on growth stage investments in technology companies. An avid nerd from an early age, Matt started building computers and writing code at 12 years old in his mother’s kitchen. He has worked as an entrepreneur, an advisor and now an investor. At Sequoia, Matt has led investments in Docker, Skyhigh Networks, Nimble Storage and Barracuda Networks. Prior to Sequoia, Matthew worked at Goldman Sachs and graduated from Brigham Young University.

Matt is a Board Member representing Sequoia Capital as an investor in the company. He also works with Sequoia’s investments in Docker, Bit9 + Carbon Black, Skyhigh Networks, Nimble Storage and Barracuda Networks. Prior to joining Sequoia in 2012, Matt worked at Goldman Sachs, where he launched the firm’s investment banking efforts in cloud computing. Earlier, he founded and ran his own digital media startup while in college. Matt received a BS in finance from Brigham Young University.

Nari Ansari
Nari Ansari

Nari joined TCV in 2006. He spends time primarily in the business services and software space. Nari is currently on the Board of Directors of HireVue, and has been involved in the firm’s investments in Avalara, K12, Merkle, OneSource Virtual, and Open English.

Prior to TCV, Nari spent several years as a Business Analyst in the San Francisco office of McKinsey and Company. While at McKinsey, Nari focused on strategy, operations, and private equity engagements in the semiconductor, storage, and software sectors.

Nari holds a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Christopher Hollenbeck
Managing Director, Granite Ventures

Chris Hollenbeck is a founding member of the Granite Ventures team. He joined Granite after serving as Vice President of Hambrecht & Quist’s Venture Capital department, and focuses his investments in software. In addition to software applications, Chris is also interested in companies that capitalize on the current digital content explosion – from voice and video to consumer entertainment – and next-generation software infrastructure technologies.

Hollenbeck currently sits on the Boards of HireVue, Bunchball, Mixamo, Oversight Systems, Rewarder, Smule, Telltale, Workboard and YottaMark. He sponsored Granite’s investments in Digimarc (NASDAQ: DMRC) and Vignette (NASDAQ: VIGN), and was a member of the Boards of Auditude prior to its acquisition by Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE), AvantGo prior to its acquisition by Sybase (NYSE: SY), Convio (NASDAQ: CNVO) prior to its acquisition by Blackbaud (NASDAQ: BLKB), DecisionView prior to its acquisition by IMS Health, Episodic prior to its acquisition by Google (NASDAQ:GOOG), and of Liquent prior to its acquisition by Information Holdings (NYSE: IHI).

Earlier in his career, Hollenbeck held several positions within Hambrecht & Quist’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance departments. Hollenbeck holds a bachelor’s in American studies from Stanford University.

Stephen Campe
Investor Growth Capital

Stephen Campe joined Investor Growth Capital in 1998 as Managing Director and has served as President since 2008. Steve led IGC’s healthcare investing team from 1998 to 2010 and focuses his investing activities primarily on medical technology, including therapeutic implants and surgical and diagnostic devices. Campe combines an enthusiasm for technology with his experience in using a data-oriented approach to tailor scalable and capital-efficient commercial models.

Prior to joining IGC, Campe spent three years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he managed corporate finance and strategy engagements for several diversified healthcare companies. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment banker specializing primarily in mergers and acquisitions for medical technology and diagnostics companies.

Campe received a bachelor’s in systems science engineering and a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an M.B.A. from Yale University.
