Donna Wright- I'm Donna Wright, I'm the Senior Manager of Military and Diversity Sourcing for T-Mobile. One of the things I love the most about T-Mobile is that, when we show up in these spaces and we talk about diversity, it's from a very authentic place. We do show up authentically and it creates this environment where our employees get to bring their whole self to work. For me, it's personally very important as well. And so, I get to reinforce that message throughout the company, and then externally I get to help people see that there is a place that they can bring their whole selves to work. We strategically engage and recruit women in leadership, women in technology, the LGBTQ+ communities, multi-generational, multicultural. So I know what I bring to the table when I'm able to bring my whole self to work. I'm grateful for every opportunity that I've ever had. I've worked in an environment where I was not able to bring my whole self to work before. And I did the best that I could everyday to show up and put my best foot forward. But it took a lot of mental energy to check certain parts of myself at the door in order to be successful or have opportunities. Here, I'm appreciated for the differences that I bring to the table, that my perspective lends to the way that we might engage in a marketing campaign, or the way that we might go out and recruit in any of these diverse communities. And so, because I'm appreciated, I'm accepted, I have a seat at the table, I don't have to hide or check any of those things, I don't have to waste mental energy pretending to be something that I'm not. I get to just show up at work everyday and be the best version of myself. It really allows me to focus on the work that I want to do. And I can create that space for other people, and T-Mobile embraces that for everyone. Because we know, when you are comfortable, we have that #BeYou. And we really mean that. That means whatever that looks like for you. And so, that might be you in a three piece suit, or that might be you in a hoodie and some jeans and tennis shoes. And that's usually how I show up. I love to be comfortable at work. And I don't feel like I have to change that if I'm giving an executive level presentation, or if I'm meeting with my VP. We just know that when you are you, you're your best self. And that what we try to encourage for all of our employees.

T-Mobile’s motto: When you are you, you are your best self. T-Mobile knows that valuing and embracing each individual’s whole self leads to the best results. #beyou
