Kevin Parker
CEO and Chairman of the Board
Kevin Parker is the CEO Chairman of the Board of HireVue. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Senior Operating Principal of Bridge Growth Partners. He also serves as Chairman of Salient CRGT, a Bridge Growth Partners portfolio company. He is a recognized corporate leader in the technology industry, particularly in the information solutions and software sectors.
Parker most recently served as CEO of Deltek, a leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions. He was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” at the 2012 Ernst and Young Awards for the software services division. Before joining Deltek, Parker was CFO and later Co-President of PeopleSoft, a leading provider of management software technology, in the years prior to its acquisition by Oracle. He previously held senior management positions at Aspect Communication, Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Standard Microsystems and Toshiba America. Earlier in his career, he was with the accounting firm Price Waterhouse. Parker is a Director and Chairman of the Board of Aptos, Inc., a current board member of Intermedia.net, Inc. and Plex Systems, and a former board member of Camber Corporation. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Clarkson University, where he received his B.S. degree in accounting.
David Bedell

As Chief Financial Officer at HireVue, David is responsible for the company’s financial operations and strategy, investor relations, and continued revenue growth.
Before joining HireVue, David served as VP of Finance & Investor Relations at Instructure, where he aided in their successful IPO in 2015, continued revenue growth and stock appreciation of 40+% CAGR, and follow-on offering in 2018. Prior to Instructure, David spent 13 years at Intuit, where he headed financial operations at several business units, including its $2.5 billion QuickBooks business. With a strong focus on innovation and customer experience, he brings a proven track record of guiding continued revenue growth to HireVue. David holds an MBA and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

Chief Marketing Officer
Marta DeBellis is the Chief Marketing Officer at HireVue. She is responsible for brand, communications, product marketing, demand generation, digital, inbound, and international marketing.
Before joining HireVue, Marta was the Global CMO for Instructure in the ed tech and HR tech industries. She is a 25+ year veteran in the high-tech space with previous leadership roles at Adobe, MRM/McCann and Intel Corporation. She has a specialty in SaaS performance marketing and GTM, as well as in international growth having held in-region roles in both APAC and EMEA. Marta holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Ankit Somani
Chief Product Officer
Ankit Somani is the Chief Product Officer at HireVue. He is responsible for leading the Product, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and I/O Psychology Teams.
Before joining HireVue, Ankit co-founded AllyO, an innovative chatbot and conversational AI tool that was acquired by HireVue to help deliver personalized, automated conversations for high volume recruitment. He has 10+ years of Product Management and Software Engineering experience at Google and Oracle. Ankit holds an MS in Thermal-Fluid Sciences & Economic Decision Analysis from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Andy Valenzuela
Chief Human Resources Officer
Andy Valenzuela is the Chief Human Resources Officer at HireVue. He is responsible for leading the People Success team, as well as the Information Technology team. He oversees the strategy and execution of all HR functions, including culture initiatives, benefits programs, and diversity and inclusion. Andy is also responsible for the oversight of all operations that involved the development and support of information systems and employee experience.
Before joining HireVue, Andy was the Senior Vice President of Product, Technology, & People at Calytera, where he was able to blend his unique business and technology roots and a broad product focus to lead their product org while also leading HR and designing their people strategy. Andy has a track record of leading HR organizations that leverage technology to disrupt legacy processes, having worked for leading global brands including Dell, SunPower, and SAP. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin
Nathan Mondragon, PhD
Chief IO Psychologist
Dr. Nathan Mondragon is Chief IO Psychologist at HireVue and responsible for the scientific rigor behind the building, researching, and maintaining the AI-driven assessment product with over 25 years of extensive experience in the HCM space. In 1996, Nathan helped lead the creation and delivery of the first-ever online selection assessment, in 2004 built from the ground up the first integrated assessment solution within an enterprise-wide ATS (Taleo), and in 2015 as part of HireVue delivered the first-ever AI-driven pre-hire assessment solution. He has over 50 manuscripts, presentations, and workshops on IO Psychology and technology solutions has been quoted or featured in over 30 popular press articles, including NPR, BBC, and Bloomberg. Nathan received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
Lindsey Zuloaga, PhD
Chief Data Scientist
Dr. Lindsey Zuloaga is the Chief Data Scientist at HireVue, managing a team that builds and validates machine learning algorithms to predict job-related outcomes. As an academic researcher with a Ph.D. in Applied Physics, she has performed novel experiments and data analysis, resulting in scientific publications with applications in medicine, sensing, and signal processing. Lindsey started her data science career in the healthcare space, striving to improve the lives of people with chronic health conditions. At HireVue, she is working to completely transform traditional interviewing with a platform that focuses on understanding more of the candidate as a whole person, including interview responses, coding abilities, and cognitive skills as opposed to just the facts shown on a resume. Lindsey received her Ph.D. in applied physics from Rice University.
Ilene Landon
SVP, Professional Services & Delivery
As SVP, Professional Services & Delivery, Ilene Landon is responsible for expanding HireVue’s professional services and broader implementation abilities to maximize client success, adoption, and time to value.
Prior to joining HireVue, Ilene served as SVP of Professional Services at MicroStrategy where she lead the North American Professional Services team, focusing on customer satisfaction, increasing revenue and margin and project management discipline. Prior to MicroStategy, she led Professional Services teams at SumTotal Systems and SuccessFactors, helping to grow and transform these teams into customer value-driven organizations. Ilene holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College.
Debbie Giambruno
General Counsel
Debbie Giambruno is General Counsel at HireVue where she is responsible for the management and oversight of all legal matters.
Before joining HireVue, Debbie was with the Palo Alto Business Department of Morrison & Foerster, advised a number of growing startups in private practice, and was General Counsel at Vurv Technology where she supported their sale to a large direct competitor. With over 20 years of experience as in-house counsel to SaaS companies, her areas of expertise include complex contracts negotiation, data privacy, development and implementation of company policies and M&A. Debbie received her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
Sheryl Falk
Litigation Attorney, Winston & Strawn
Sheryl, co-leader of the Global Privacy and Data Security Task Force at Winston & Strawn, brings significant investigation and litigation experience to her practice to navigate regulatory and litigation inquiries arising out of data security incidents. A former Assistant U.S. Attorney, she has 25 years of litigation experience before state and federal courts, as well as arbitrators. Sheryl concentrates her practice in data security, cyber and other internal investigations, trade secret litigation, and complex commercial litigation. She has significant experience helping clients protect data, from developing data security and trade secret protection procedures to responding to data security incidents and investigating trade secret theft claims. In her data security practice, she counsels clients on how to identify and mitigate business and legal risks arising out of these incidents. Her work has garnered recognition in Legal 500.
Tomas Chamorro-Premuzik

Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is an international authority in psychological profiling, talent management, leadership development, and people analytics. He is the Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower Group, co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling, and Professor of Business Psychology at both University College London, and Columbia University. He has previously held academic positions at New York University and the London School of Economics, and lectured at Harvard Business School, Stanford Business School, London Business School, Johns Hopkins, IMD, and INSEAD, as well as being the CEO at Hogan Assessment Systems. Dr. Tomas has published 9 books and over 130 scientific papers (h index 58), making him one of the most prolific social scientists of his generation.
Michael Campion

Michael A. Campion is the Herman C. Krannert Chaired Professor of Management at Purdue University and the 2010 winner of the Scientific Contribution Award given by the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He is among the 10 most published authors in the top journals in his field for the last three decades and the second most cited author in textbooks in both I/O and Human Resource Management. He is past editor of Personnel Psychology (a scientific research journal) and past president of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). In 2009, he was promoted to the Herman C. Krannert Chaired Professorship for contributions and productivity in scientific research. He is also the 2010 winner of the Scientific Contribution Award given by the SIOP, which is the lifetime scientific contribution award and most prestigious award given by SIOP. He manages a small consulting firm (Campion Consulting Services) that has conducted nearly 1100 projects for over 160 private and public sector organizations during the past 30 years on nearly all human resources topics.
