Kevin Parker is the CEO Chairman of the Board of HireVue. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Senior Operating Principal of Bridge Growth Partners. He also serves as Chairman of Salient CRGT, a Bridge Growth Partners portfolio company. He is a recognized corporate leader in the technology industry, particularly in the information solutions and software sectors.
Parker most recently served as CEO of Deltek, a leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions. He was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" at the 2012 Ernst and Young Awards for the software services division. Before joining Deltek, Parker was CFO and later Co-President of PeopleSoft, a leading provider of management software technology, in the years prior to its acquisition by Oracle. He previously held senior management positions at Aspect Communication, Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Standard Microsystems and Toshiba America. Earlier in his career, he was with the accounting firm Price Waterhouse. Parker is a Director and Chairman of the Board of Aptos, Inc., a current board member of Intermedia.net, Inc. and Plex Systems, and a former board member of Camber Corporation. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Clarkson University, where he received his B.S. degree in accounting.

Chip Luman is the EVP of Customer Success at HireVue. In January 2009 Luman joined HireVue, where he leverages 25 years of human resources, general management, and software development experience.
Prior to HireVue he served as Senior Vice President of HR Shared Services and Total Rewards at Charles Schwab and Co. Early in the SaaS revolution he got the bug and his team deployed several of Schwab's first HR SaaS platforms. He joined them as Vice President of HR for Client Services where he expanded his passion for developing client loyalty and committing to the highest levels of service. Chip also held HR positions at Marathon Oil and Pepsi Cola and led one of Acclaim Entertainment 's video game software development studios that produced the PlayStation2 hit, Legends of Wrestling. He currently serves on the board of Acertiv and is president of the Pi Lambda Phi Educational Foundation.
Luman has published several articles and was an adjunct faculty member at Penn State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies. He pursued graduate studies in business at the University of Louisiana, Lafayette.

Marty Ostermiller serves as Chief Financial Officer for HireVue.
Before joining HireVue, Ostermiller served as EVP of Finance & Operations for Balihoo, a venture-backed local marketing automation company. His responsibilities included leading finance, legal, HR, sales operations, customer success, and customer care. Prior to that, Ostermiller served as a Finance Director at RightNow Technologies and contributing to the company’s phenomenal growth and eventual acquisition by Oracle. At the completion of business school, Ostermiller spent four years building stored value payment card company, BanX, from its inception. BanX led the charge in changing the paradigm of how money was sent all over the world - using the ATM and debit card networks in place of Western Union and MoneyGram. Prior to business school, Marty was a Regional Director for Butterfield & Robinson – based out of France, but living and working all over the world.
Ostermiller's educational background includes an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Marketing and Modern Languages (French) from Montana State University - Bozeman.

As Chief Technology Officer, Loren Larsen is responsible for guiding HireVue’s product direction through the product management, user experience, and engineering teams. Larsen is an award-winning technology veteran with more than 20 years of engineering and research experience. Prior to joining HireVue, Larsen led the development of innovative mobile device applications and video relay services for the deaf as director of Engineering and Mobile Products at Sorenson Communications. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Move Networks – where he was responsible for development of the Move online HD video player, which was deployed to over 50 million users – and as Chief Software Architect at World Wide Packets where he architected carrier-grade ethernet platforms.
Larsen was previously co-founder and board member for Pepun.com, which enables independent filmmakers to market and monetize their films online. He has earned both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Clemson University and the University of Utah, respectively.
