Currently, over 800 organisations benefit from HireVue’s investment in DE&I, with over 30 million video interviews, 6 million assessments, and 46 million SMS and WhatsApp messages completed on the platform to date.
HireVue secured the award win after judges praised the recruitment platform for its impact on diverse and inclusive hiring at scale, which it achieves by taking a multi-pronged approach to reducing bias and ensuring a great experience for both clients and candidates.
