2026 Global AI in Hiring Report

In 2026:

• 71% of candidates use AI for resumes (is the resume finally dead?)
• 77% of HR teams use AI regularly
• Only 41% of hiring teams fully trust AI

AI is now more than a simple tool for productivity but rather an embedded, expected piece of the hiring infrastructure—so success for hiring teams depends on more than simple adoption.
