How Integrate Autism Employment Advisors is shaping neurodiverse hiring with Hirevue

Did you know that while 35% of 18-year-olds with autism attend college, an overwhelming 85% of autistic college graduates remain underemployed or unemployed? 

Integrate Autism Employment Advisors is working to change that through research, advocacy, and product innovation in partnership with Hirevue.

Together with researchers from Colorado State University, Hirevue and Integrate Advisors published the first peer-reviewed study examining how autistic candidates perform on game-based assessments compared to neurotypical applicants.

Beyond academic research, Integrate has also collaborated with Hirevue’s product team to advance inclusive design, contributing to tools like the Interview Builder question library to help employers structure interviews that are fairer for all candidates.
