Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy Friedman is the Chief Executive Officer of HireVue, bringing a robust track record of nearly 15 years in SaaS leadership to the company. Before his current role, Jeremy served as Senior Vice President and a key member of the Executive Team at PowerSchool, a leading provider of cloud-based K-12 education technology solutions designed to enhance student outcomes and streamline school operations. Prior to PowerSchool, Jeremy co-founded and was CEO of Schoology, a prominent learning and assessment management system adopted by over 20 million users globally. Under his helm, Schoology became a leader in the K-12 educational space. Jeremy earned his BA in Economics and Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.

Kevin Coombs
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer at HireVue, Kevin is responsible for the company’s financial operations and strategy, investor relations, and continued revenue growth. 

Kevin has 20 years of experience with a focus on SaaS and technology companies. His specialties include financial analysis/reporting, treasury operations, accounting, acquisitions, and international expansion and operations. Prior to HireVue, Kevin was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s audit practice, with tenure on assignment with the US Accounting & Reporting Group in Zurich, Switzerland in both accounting advisory and audit roles. Kevin received his Masters and Bachelor degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

Patrick Morrissey
Chief Customer Officer

As Chief Customer Officer at HireVue, Patrick is responsible for leading Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, Data Science and I/O Psychology. With his passion for driving customer success, Pat is focused on creating a customer-centric organization that delivers outstanding products, services, and support.

Morrissey brings 25 years in global leadership roles to HireVue, most recently as SVP and GM of the enterprise sales and marketing business unit at Upland Software, connecting customer journeys to repeatable sales processes. Other prior key leadership roles include CMO at Altify and Chief Revenue Officer at Simpplr, and VP roles at Business Objects and Salesforce.com. Patrick received his BA in Political Science from Iowa State University.

Natalie Dopp
Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer at HireVue, Natalie is responsible for leading the People Success team where she oversees the strategy and execution of all HR functions, including human capital alignment, organizational design, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Natalie’s most recent role was at Integrate, where she led the HR team through the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. During her tenure, the team created impactful people programs to support business strategy, ultimately leading to a successful private equity acquisition. Before that she implemented the foundation of the HR function at LifeLock, where she positioned her team as business partners who helped shape the strategic direction of the company pre-IPO.

Natalie received her BA in human resources from the University of Arizona.

Walker Ellis
Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Walker is responsible for leading HireVue’s revenue teams, where he will oversee the strategy and execution of all growth-related functions, including sales, marketing, renewals, and revenue operations.

Ellis brings nearly two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy across industries and geographies. He was Group Vice President of Sales and Government Affairs in his most recent role at PowerSchool, where he was responsible for the company’s GTM functions across the state and strategic business. Before PowerSchool, Walker held leadership positions at Microsoft with a cross-industry focus for their business applications solution line across the Americas.

Walker received his BA in government and legal studies from Bowdoin College.

Amanda Hahn
Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer at HireVue, Amanda is responsible for HireVue’s marketing strategy including brand management, communications, product marketing, demand generation, market research and analysis, and international marketing.

Amanda combines her deep experience in the hiring and recruiting industries, with an encyclopedic knowledge of HireVue’s product, having previously served as the company’s VP of Product Marketing for 9 years. Prior to HireVue, Amanda was in Product Strategy at Oracle Taleo and a Global Talent Acquisition leader at ARAMARK. Amanda received her BA in Communications from Rutgers University.

Naziol S. Nazarinia Scott
General Counsel

Naziol S. Nazarinia Scott is General Counsel at HireVue where she is responsible for the management and oversight of all legal matters.

Naz has advised growing startups and has worked with established companies to build and scale their legal function. She enjoys serving as a strategic business advisor to executives. Naz received her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law where she graduated with honors, and she received her Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Utah. Prior to her legal career, she worked in marketing and public relations for a radio cluster, live events venue and a full service marketing agency. 

Naz is also an active member of her community and serves on several boards, including the Women Lawyers of Utah and the Mount Olympus Community Council of Millcreek City.

Chief Technology Officer

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in talent assessment and 30 years of technology expertise, Robert Stephens, previously Chief Technology Officer at Modern Hire, is skilled in building and leading the growth of technology operations and is key to the organization’s product expansion.

Robert previously served as the Chief Technology Officer at Shaker International, Global CTO of SHL, served as CTO at Vanco Payments and Focus Pointe Global, and was a co-founder of Xceleration Partners, a firm assisting companies in M&A readiness, execution, and integration, and held senior technology roles at multiple large-scale finance and communications companies.

Mike Hudy
Chief Science Officer

Mike Hudy is an industry expert in predictive modeling using human capital data with more than two decades of experience in technology-enabled science solution design and talent analytics. Mike is skilled in deciphering the complexities and ambiguities of talent acquisition to create the practical, effective, and satisfying solutions clients and candidates deserve.

Mike’s prior experience includes serving as Chief Science Officer at Modern Hire, Executive Vice President of Science at Shaker International, of which he was also a founder. He also was Senior Consultant at CEB/SHL and Training Evaluation Analyst at Nationwide Insurance.

Lindsey Zuloaga, PhD
Chief Data Scientist

Dr. Lindsey Zuloaga is the Chief Data Scientist at HireVue, managing a team that builds and validates machine learning algorithms to predict job-related outcomes. As an academic researcher with a Ph.D. in Applied Physics, she has performed novel experiments and data analysis, resulting in scientific publications with applications in medicine, sensing, and signal processing. Lindsey started her data science career in the healthcare space, striving to improve the lives of people with chronic health conditions. At HireVue, she is working to completely transform traditional interviewing with a platform that focuses on understanding more of the candidate as a whole person, including interview responses, coding abilities, and cognitive skills as opposed to just the facts shown on a resume.

Chief IO Psychologist

Dr. Nathan Mondragon is Chief IO Psychologist at HireVue and responsible for the scientific rigor behind the building, researching, and maintaining the AI-driven assessment product with over 25 years of extensive experience in the HCM space. In 1996, Nathan helped lead the creation and delivery of the first-ever online selection assessment, in 2004 built from the ground up the first integrated assessment solution within an enterprise-wide ATS (Taleo), and in 2015 as part of HireVue delivered the first-ever AI-driven pre-hire assessment solution. He has over 50 manuscripts, presentations, and workshops on IO Psychology and technology solutions has been quoted or featured in over 30 popular press articles, including NPR, BBC, and Bloomberg. Nathan received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.

Dina Taylor
Chief Evangelist

As Chief Evangelist, Dina is responsible for helping customers and partners maximize return on investment by embracing and implementing Human Potential Intelligence throughout their organizations. A former HR practitioner turned HCM technology consultant, Dina leads HireVue’s presales and customer renewals teams, which are responsible for helping companies embrace the art of the possible and maximizing the bottom line. In addition to her role at HireVue, Dina is an advisory board member at UC Irvine’s Division of Continuing Education, where she shares insights and best practices on emerging trends and challenges in the HR and TA field.

Dina received her BA in political science from California State University, Fullerton.

Sheryl, co-leader of the Global Privacy and Data Security Task Force at Winston & Strawn, brings significant investigation and litigation experience to her practice to navigate regulatory and litigation inquiries arising out of data security incidents. A former Assistant U.S. Attorney, she has 25 years of litigation experience before state and federal courts, as well as arbitrators. Sheryl concentrates her practice in data security, cyber and other internal investigations, trade secret litigation, and complex commercial litigation. She has significant experience helping clients protect data, from developing data security and trade secret protection procedures to responding to data security incidents and investigating trade secret theft claims. In her data security practice, she counsels clients on how to identify and mitigate business and legal risks arising out of these incidents. Her work has garnered recognition in Legal 500.

Chief Talent Scientist, ManPower Group

Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is an international authority in psychological profiling, talent management, leadership development, and people analytics. He is the Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower Group, co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling, and Professor of Business Psychology at both University College London, and Columbia University. He has previously held academic positions at New York University and the London School of Economics, and lectured at Harvard Business School, Stanford Business School, London Business School, Johns Hopkins, IMD, and INSEAD, as well as being the CEO at Hogan Assessment Systems. Dr. Tomas has published 9 books and over 130 scientific papers (h index 58), making him one of the most prolific social scientists of his generation.

Michael Campion

Prof. of Management Purdue University

Michael A. Campion is the Herman C. Krannert Chaired Professor of Management at Purdue University and the 2010 winner of the Scientific Contribution Award given by the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He is among the 10 most published authors in the top journals in his field for the last three decades and the second most cited author in textbooks in both I/O and Human Resource Management. He is past editor of Personnel Psychology (a scientific research journal) and past president of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). In 2009, he was promoted to the Herman C. Krannert Chaired Professorship for contributions and productivity in scientific research. He is also the 2010 winner of the Scientific Contribution Award given by the SIOP, which is the lifetime scientific contribution award and most prestigious award given by SIOP. He manages a small consulting firm (Campion Consulting Services) that has conducted nearly 1100 projects for over 160 private and public sector organizations during the past 30 years on nearly all human resources topics.
