    Kevin Parker

    CEO and Chairman of the Board

    Kevin Parker is the CEO Chairman of the Board of HireVue. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Senior Operating Principal of Bridge Growth Partners. He also serves as Chairman of Salient CRGT, a Bridge Growth Partners portfolio company. He is a recognized corporate leader in the technology industry, particularly in the information solutions and software sectors.

    Parker most recently served as CEO of Deltek, a leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions. He was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" at the 2012 Ernst and Young Awards for the software services division. Before joining Deltek, Parker was CFO and later Co-President of PeopleSoft, a leading provider of management software technology, in the years prior to its acquisition by Oracle. He previously held senior management positions at Aspect Communication, Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Standard Microsystems and Toshiba America. Earlier in his career, he was with the accounting firm Price Waterhouse. Parker is a Director and Chairman of the Board of Aptos, Inc., a current board member of Intermedia.net, Inc. and Plex Systems, and a former board member of Camber Corporation. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Clarkson University, where he received his B.S. degree in accounting.

    As Chief Technology Officer, Loren Larsen is responsible for guiding HireVue’s product direction through the product management, user experience, and engineering teams. Larsen is an award-winning technology veteran with more than 20 years of engineering and research experience. Prior to joining HireVue, Larsen led the development of innovative mobile device applications and video relay services for the deaf as director of Engineering and Mobile Products at Sorenson Communications. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Move Networks – where he was responsible for development of the Move online HD video player, which was deployed to over 50 million users – and as Chief Software Architect at World Wide Packets where he architected carrier-grade ethernet platforms.

    Larsen was previously co-founder and board member for Pepun.com, which enables independent filmmakers to market and monetize their films online. He has earned both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Clemson University and the University of Utah, respectively.

    As Chief Financial Officer at HireVue, David is responsible for the company’s financial operations and strategy, investor relations, and continued revenue growth.

    Before joining HireVue, David served as VP of Finance & Investor Relations at Instructure, where he aided in their successful IPO in 2015, continued revenue growth and stock appreciation of 40+% CAGR, and follow-on offering in 2018. Prior to Instructure, David spent 13 years at Intuit, where he headed financial operations at several business units, including its $2.5 billion QuickBooks business. With a strong focus on innovation and customer experience, he brings a proven track record of guiding continued revenue growth to HireVue. David holds an MBA and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

    As Chief Marketing Officer at HireVue, Diana Kucer has responsibility for the company’s global marketing strategy, communicating the benefits of HireVue’s product offerings through branding, market outreach, and public relations.

    Before joining HireVue, Diana served as Director of Global Product Marketing at LinkedIn, where she was a founding member of the LinkedIn Sales Solutions business unit, creating and launching Sales Navigator, the company’s flagship product for sales professionals. Prior to LinkedIn, Diana spent several years in Intuit’s Small Business Group, innovating new approaches to marketing through its in-product channels. She also brings to HireVue multiple years of startup marketing experience, spanning across the tech industry. Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University.

    Tom Benton is Chief Sales Officer at HireVue. As the head of revenue generation, Tom is responsible for driving sales, go-to-market growth strategies, customer success, and revenue growth.
     
    Before joining HireVue, Tom drove over 90% revenue growth and more than 150% ARR growth as Chief Revenue Officer at Workmarket, an online platform for managing freelancers, contractors, and consultants. Prior to Workmarket, Tom held sales leadership roles at Salesforce, Oracle, and BEA Systems, developing new markets around disruptive technologies and scaling high-performance sales teams. Tom holds a BS in Commerce & Marketing from Santa Clara University.

    Kimberly Simms is the Sr. VP of Customer Success at HireVue. Kimberly is responsible for leading HireVue’s Customer Success efforts, relentless about ensuring customers drive the greatest value from their partnership with HireVue.

    Before she joined HireVue, Kimberly served as a VP of Customer Success at Anaplan, where she led and facilitated the success of Anaplan customers throughout the solution delivery lifecycle including post go-live adoption & success.  Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Science with an emphasis in Mathematics from The University of Kansas, and possesses nearly 20 years of experience in leadership and program management from her time at IBM, Trigo Technologies, and Andersen Consulting.

    As SVP, Professional Services & Delivery, Ilene Landon is responsible for expanding HireVue's professional services and broader implementation abilities to maximize client success, adoption, and time to value.

    Prior to joining HireVue, Ilene served as SVP of Professional Services at MicroStrategy where she lead the North American Professional Services team, focusing on customer satisfaction, increasing revenue and margin and project management discipline. Prior to MicroStategy, she led Professional Services teams at SumTotal Systems and SuccessFactors, helping to grow and transform these teams into customer value-driven organizations. Ilene holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College.

    As Sr. Vice President of Human Resources, Michelle will direct the continuing development of long-term HR strategies and infrastructure to support HireVue’s rapid growth and international expansion and play a key role in strengthening its culture of innovation and collaboration.

    Michelle has over 25 years of experience in human resource management, with specialties including organizational development, recruiting, and employee engagement. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of HR consulting at NFP, where she helped clients identify and implement talent solutions, including training and development, performance management, and compliance. She has held senior roles at several technology companies including AutoPoint, iBAHN, and APPLABS where she instituted sustainable HR strategies from talent acquisition to talent management. Michelle has a B.A in Humanities/Communications from Brigham Young University.

    Clemens Aichholzer is the Chief Corporate Development Officer at HireVue. Clemens is responsible for expanding HireVue’s assessment capabilities by combining game technology with machine learning and cognitive neuroscience. His vision is to create next generation hiring tools that are highly engaging and candidate-centric as well as data-driven and scientifically valid.

    Clemens was previously the founder and CEO of London-based startup MindX, which was acquired by HireVue in May, 2018. MindX was a predictive hiring and talent analytics platform integrating gamification, big data, and psychometrics with the objective to improve talent identification and selection whilst reducing bias. Prior to founding MindX, Clemens was an investor and financial advisor with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Lombard Odier in London and Geneva. Clemens has earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in Commerce from Vienna University of Economics.
